Can a coil pack off 5.4 litre be used on a 4.6. Litre?

WHAT I USUALLY DO TO SEE IF A "COMMON TYPE" VEHICLE PART WILL INTERCHANGE WITH ANOTHER IS:

GO TO AN AUTO PARTS SITE (SUCH AS AUTOZONE, COM/ ADVANCEAUTOPARTS. COM/ ROCKAUTO. COM/ ETC. ETC.) AND ENTER IN THE 1st VEHICLES INFO, THEN SEARCH THE PART IN QUESTION.

OUT OF THE LIST THEY PROVIDE, I'LL CHOOSE SOMETHING LIKE THE "BWD" BRAND PART OR ANOTHER "COMMON BRAND" OR JUST USE THE BRAND OF THE ONE YOU ARE INQUIRING ABOUT. WRITE DOWN THE PART NUMBER THAT THE PARTS STORE SITE PROVIDES

DO THE SAME KINDA SEARCH FOR THE OTHER VEHICLE.

IF THE PART NUMBERS ARE THE SAME, THEN THE PART IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE OTHER.

WITHOUT ALL OF THE INFO FOR THE 2ND VEHICLE, IT WOULD BE HARD FOR ME TO DO THIS SEARCH.

SINCE YOU HAVE THE METHOD NOW, KNOW THE OTHER VEHICLE'S SPECIFIC INFO, YOU ARE NOW ABLE SEARCH FOR IT, AND ANY OTHER PART YOU MAY WANT TO SWAP FROM ONE TO ANOTHER.

NOT TRYING TO WEASEL OUT OF THIS, BUT ONE OF US WILL HAVE TO DO THE SEARCH!

LEMME KNOW HOW IT WORKS!
