had my alternator rebuilt and it is putting out 14.2 when checked, my battery light will not go off, it was flashing on and off before it was rebuilt but was only putting out 11.6 what would cause it to stay on now. My mechanic is not sure why. I have no money to spend since this last repair so hoping it is a simple thing
