compass/display is not working.

i have a 2001 ford explorer xlt. it blinks sometimes like there is something loose. how can i remove cover to investigate.

inside compass/display on ceiling does not function properly. how can i remove cover to repair?

It's held on with clips, just use one hand to support the headliner and the other to pull down on the console.
