I have a 2001 ford sports trac my truck is running rough do a tune up made it worse my truck was hooked up to a computer but I show nothing my engine light stay on

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Is there a dead miss or is it just a rough idle? Have you checked to make sure the catalytic converter isn't plugged? Have you checked the MAF sensor?
