Most common cause would be broken and frayed wires between the driver's door hinges. A trick is to use a pair of jumper wires connected to a 12 volt light bulb, such as a brake light bulb, and connect that in place of a blown fuse. The bulb will just be full brightness when the short is present. Now you can go around moving doors and wire harnesses, and unplugging things to see what makes the short go away. When it does, the bulb will go out or get dim. When it's bright it can get hot enough to melt carpet and plastic door panels so be careful where you put that bulb.
