Can't tell without seeing it. A steering and suspension system inspection is in order. Ford has way more than their share of steering parts that separate leading to a crash so you don't want to put that inspection off. Tire and alignment shops are the best place to go but most independent shops can do them too.

Common things are broken anti-sway bar links, loose brake pads, and rusted exhaust clamps, which aren't that serious. Rattling brake pads will quiet down if you hold a little pressure on the brake pedal. Worn ball joints usually make a single clunk but they will be inspected too.
