2001 Ford Expedition Driving odd and weak

When driving up hills normally, at a constant speed close to 55 in traffic, and driving slow the truck almost seems to keep jumping back and forth between gears or not to have the power to keep up with out letting Into the accelerator. Also when just started the rpms drops close to 500 and occasionally lower at which point it does. I'd appreciate and tips.

As far as the low idle, check for engine vacuum leaks and check the idle air control valve (IAC). Also, let me know if the check engine light is coming on.

As far as the problems, have you checked fuel pump pressure?

The check engine light is on. I ran a code machine on it and came up with two different emmisions codes. How do I check the fuel pump pressure. I'm changing the fuel filter tomorrow.

The codes it gave were p1451&P0442

Both of the codes you provided are EVAP codes. I don't feel they are related to the problem you described. To check fuel pump pressure, watch this video and it will guide you.
