Hazard lights always blinking, will not turn off

Whether car is off and key removed or when car is running hazard lights or emergency flashers are always on. They act normal with clicking sound just like they should if turned on, but they are not turned on. The only way I can get them to go off is by pulling out fuse #18. When I do this the turn signals stop working as well. Lights all seem to be on and it is not flashing fast it is normal speed. Hazard light switch does nothing. Please advise.

It sounds like the flasher module is bad. Here is the location and the wiring diagrams so you can see how it works.

Electronic Flasher Module - Behind lower left end of dash.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Yep, I had this problem too it cost me $56.00 for the flasher module. All fixed!
