Car just started making sound under hood, sounds like a foghorn

Happens intermittently while the car is running, braking has no effect

There is a hose running to the throttle body that has a little "muffler" in it. This tube goes bad and will set up harmonic thrumming. It is commonly known by Ford employees as the "hooter tube".
