engine doesn't run very good after tune up

I have a 2001 Ford Crown Victoria with a 4.6L which I tuned up last week and ran great until yesterday. It seems it has lost power. I also replaced the air filter. new motorcraft spark plugs correctly gaped. new air filter.

Check for vacuum leaks and make sure all wire connections are secure
