DOES THE SPEEDOMETOR FEED COME THROUGH THE ABS BRAKE CONTROL MODULE BEFORE THE SPEEDOMETOR

I looked at ram B1500 van. The pcm gets vss signal from abs controller, then the pcm sends message to instrument cluster. According to my wiring diagram.
