alt. wont charge,batt.@alt. both tested good ,fuses,wiring@connectors look good. voltage on all three alt termanals are the same as batt voltage 11.75 volts .does that mean reg/computer bad ?

check the battery for condition first including load test. check the items in the pic that are pointed out to see if ther eis power going to those or not. make sure battery is charged prior to test. it cold be a bad connection at pcm as well.
