01 Stratus Timing

I have an 01 Dodge Status that we have been trying to fix. A "friend" tried to help replace the water pump but when he put it all back together he didn't put the timing belt on correctly nor did he tighten anything down and now it is out of time. How do I go about fixing this?

I would recommend a good repair manual. First, you need to put it in time then replace everything.
