Vacuum lose

2001 Dodge ram I have vacuum lose down to about 2 -3 lbs when I step on the gas. Every thing seems to be working right any ideas

You do not read vacuum readings in Lbs, it is read in Hg (inches of mercury)also when you open the throttle, manifold vacuum drops as a normal reaction, so I am not sure what you are refering to as your particular problem.
