Front or rear, both? Check all bulbs and sockets where applicable. Sometimes not good contact. Maybe combination flasher?

When problem is ongoing, check for voltage at the turn signals. At the lower rear, the dark green wire with brown tracer is voltage for turn/brake, they use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time.
