2001 Dodge Neon Car Broke Down On Side Road Someone Cut Cat Converter Off Way

My car was broke down on the side of the road and someone cut the cat converter off all the way to the motor and i had to get a straight pipe ran to it... when they cut off the converter they also cut off both oxygen sensors on too.. a friend of my said that I could go to radio shack and get a dyno something for it to fool the computer for the o2 sensor ... but they said that i would need to know which one to get... the car is killing me in gas I need to do something just for a temp fix, please help

no bypass available from anywhere. you need a new cat and sensors to start.
