what would cause transmission to go out without any warning.

does it move?? if it is not, then you may have a front pump failure or torque converter failure.

the code is a mismatch for the speed of the turbines internally. there may have been slippage before the failure

you have an internal failure. most likely will have to come out and be overhauled.
