2001 Dodge Durango Turn Signals Flash Fast Replaced 4 Bulbs They Still Signal

My turn signals flash fast. I replaced all 4 bulbs and they still flash fast. I don't know if it is the turn signal switch, flasher relay or a bad ground which I can't find a reason for a bad ground?

if it is flashing on all lights then it is ok if one or more are out then worry aboutit. if you have a trailer harness connecting it may have a heavy duty flasher in it an dflashes normal when trailer is connected.
