My 2001 dodge durango started making a grinding noise after my anti lock breaks kicked in this morning when I stopped on an ice patch. I can hear the grinding noise faintly while the car is running and now when I turn the wheel it continues to make the grinding noise. This just happened this morning. Please help!

"and now when I turn the wheel it continues to make the grinding noise"

Do you mean when turning the steering wheel when the vehicle is standing still? If so, that would a power steering issue. Start by checking the fluid level.

Thank you so much.I did check the fluid cause thats what I originally though and I put fluid in and it was fine then it did it again later in the day I checked the fluid again and it was empty. Im guessing theres a whole or crack in the line somewhere.( At least I hope thats all it is)

Yup, most common would be a rubber hose where it is crimped to a metal pipe. Next most likely would be the pump itself. It shouldn't be too hard to find when it leaks out that fast.
