Ok on my dash bord my gas this says em pity at all times I don't know why? Also when try to put gas it all comes back out? Why. I need help to figure this out an a cheap way to fix

The fuel level sender is probably bad and the tank vent is probably stuck closed. The tank has to be dropped to replace the sender so you need to be sure its not the gauge on the dash.
