If it was that easy any car thief could do it.
Could you be just a little more specific? There's dozens of lights on the car. Are they flickering with the engine not running? Only when running? Which light(s)? What have you checked so far? Have you checked the battery voltage with the engine off and with it running? Does the engine crank normally? Do the head lights or interior lights get dim or go out when you try to start the engine?
