give it gas it wont move driveline dont turn while in gear

2001 dodge durango 5.9 4x4 was driving it was making clicking noise in drive system then it stopped the rear drive line dont spin when in drive while in gear give gas wont move.

Is the trans fluid clean and full? Has the check engine light come on? What area is the clicking coming from?

yes its full and clean, the check engine light no. the clicking sounds like in front driveline area somewere infront underneath area.
