My engine runs rough when it gets cold

I have a 2001 dodge dakota slt with a 5.9 v8. For some reason when it turn colder the engine will not stay cranked. Ive cleaned the throttle body and still wont stay cranked. However, if I spray carb cleaner in the throttle body itll run fine for a while ive cleaned the throttle body, and replaced the air filter. It idles low and rough. It has done this the last time it got cold and again this time

Interesting. I have a 98 that does the same thing. Have you checked the IAC?

That is what I believe is causing my issue. It hasn't set the check engine light, so it is a guess at this point. Regardless, for 30 bucks, I'm going to replace it.
