I have a Dodge Dakota Quad Cab 4x4, 5.9, automatic. about 170,000 miles
I had the transmission replace about a yr ago, but ever since they did that the 4low dosen't work nor does the horn, cruise control. I took it back and they said there was nothing they did to cause these problems also it appears that the air bags are not there. What do I need to check so I can fix these problems? Any ideas would be a great help. Thank you

Can't say what's wrong with the 4wd but the other three problems are common and related. All three circuits go through the clock spring under the steering wheel, and your mechanic is right. They didn't touch that so they are not to blame.

For the 4wd, I'd start by looking at the switch on top of the transfer case, at least that's how it used to work. It had vacuum hoses and an electrical connector.
