transmission wont shift and all the indicator lights in the dash or on (P,R,N,D,3,L) . i i changed the TCM and i changed the transmission and i still have the problem. any suggestion that can solve my problem?

I believe there is what is called a range sensor. It tells the computer what gear the transmission is in.
