How do I replace the alternator on a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan?

First, disconnect the battery, remove the serp belt, remove the wiring from the rear of the alternator, then the alt unbolts from its mounting brackets. Reverse the sequence to replace. DO NOT CONNECT THE BATTERY UNTIL ALL WIRES ARE CORRECTLY RECONNECTED.
