my 2001 Caravan Sport has dual a/c Temperature controls. The drivers side works fine but the passengers side is noticeably warmer when call for cool. It is the same rather the air is foot level or face level. When calling for heat there is none on the passengers side. If i slide the temp control full hot for the passengers side that side actually gets colder.I normally take care of my cars maintenance but stuck here.

There is an electronic actuator that keeps the 2 sides at different temps by changing doors in the heater system. It sounds like the passenger side actuator is bad.
