noise from car, stops when clutch is pressed?

The throwout bearing is bad. You will need to replace it and most likely the pressure palte as well. you can find clutch kits with;
Cluthc disk,
Pilot Bearing
Pressure Plate
Trhowout bearings
Clutch alignment tool

I reccomend you get one of these and replace all components as a bad throwout bearing will damage the pressure plate.
