they replaced my timebelt and water pump now my car shakes and they cant find out why

i ha a mechanic replace my water pump he advised to change belts and time belt there was nothing wrong with my car only coolant was leaking and now my car shakes when i drive and especially when i come to a stop

shake can becaused by misfire or no fire on 1 or more of 4 cylinders. reasons for misfire are no spark/no fuel/no compression. that engine also has a balancing system that is chain driven off crankshaft. if timing belt is off by a tooth that may also make for a shake.
