2001 Chrysler Town Country There Lots Directions On Change Power Mirrors

There are lots of directions on "how" to change the power mirrors, but they just say to disconnect from the connector. After removing the A frame cover, how do I get to the harness connection?

Ive never changed a power mirror on your vehicle, My database says to.
using trim stick, remove outside mirror cover. Remove mirror attaching bolts and pull mirror away from door. Disconnect mirror electrical connectors. If that didn't help, Id have to look at it.
