While driving the car began to stutter like I was running out of gas (I had a full tank) my engine and oil lights came on, my RPM gauge began jump up and down, then the car cut off. All light still come on, heat, electric windows still work but the car won't even attempt to start, no clicking, dinging, or anything. Visible damage under the hood, looks like something busted open, I provided pictures.

Looks like the timing chain or chain hit it and caused the hole you will have to remove the valve cove to inspect.
