runs fine just starts hard

just bought our convertible this year, 2001 chrysler sebring, starts hard, but runs fine when started, no misses apparent. Tried changing the plugs but it made no real difference. Whats my next step???

after going through a few of these other questions I believe extended cranking would be a better way to put it.
