Passenger door electric door won't lock or unlock

Drivers side ....OK When I engage the power lock on the passenger's side, it doesn't work. However, I do hear a faint clicking noise inside the door panel. I have the door panel removed, but I can't locate the power actuator.

i beleive it's part of the latch assembly itself.
