no bus code?

Hello I have a 01 Chrysler Sebring 2.7l v6. The car is showing a no bus code. I've I've looked up the code online and have takin the car to a mechanic..mechanic said it was a bad ground..but was unable to check further due to lack of equipment..I've read about bad pcms and feel that's where it is leaning too..
