Did you check for applicable trouble codes? If so, what were they? Checking codes is a very basic procedure. Check for spark with engine cranking. With coil on plug ignition, check primary voltage and ground at the coils, engine cranking. Dark green wire is voltage, the other is ground. Check for pulse on the ground.

Do an ohms test on the coils, see if they all read about the same? If one or two read way different, maybe faulty coil/s. How long sine a tune-up?

Maybe a problem with computer? If you were losing voltage at the coil, I might of thought some other component was stealing voltage. If computer issue, have to be sure some component didn't cause it to go bad or it may harm the new computer?
