Woke this morning with the alarm going off

Woke this morning with voyager alarm going off. Found out the battery had gone flat. Jump started the voyager, and the car started, but the alarm will not switch of when the engine is running.

WHEN THE KEY IS TURNED TO THE OFF POSITION, AFTER PRESSING IN THE RELEASE BUTTON, THE SIR EN STILL CHIRPS, AND THE INTERIOR CABIN LIGHTS STAY ON.

either a voltage issue with the battery or you have a malfunction with the body control module.
