I have a 2001 chrysler concord and she won't go in drive or reverse, when you shift to reverse she make a winding sound.This happened after a 4 hour drive on the highway. I parked in the driveway and the next morning she wouldn't go in drive or reverse. this past few months occasionally she would stay in low gear. the reading code say PO700. Transmission oil ok and no burny smell

DTC P0700 This code normally points to a faulty transmission control module, but this is an expensive part and you should have an experienced Dodge technician diagnose the problem first.
