Can an engine that is seized be repaired in any way?

The engine had thee oil leak out of it and ran like a diesel engine. The engine ran very very rough before I could not go faster than 15 mph. If the engine seizes, can it be fixed?

yes but at what cost? sometimes it 's easier to get a low mileage engine form a junkyard or get yours rebuilt. If yours has heavy damage to it then the rebuilder will charge more because alot of parts won't be reusable.
