Also while making a Sharp turn it bounces as if the wheel were jumping back and forth

Check to make sure the brake caliper isn't sticking. Also, have you checked the alignment, steering components...?

Haven't checked alignment yet I just noticed it. Would that cause the truck to bounce while making a Sharp turn

It shouldn't. However, if you have a brake hanging up, it could. Check to make sure the brake caliper isn't sticking. Safely lift and support the wheel, spin it, have a helper hit the brake, and then see if you can turn the wheel after the brakes are released. If the rotor is overheating, it could be grabbing.
