I need to know what codes po 751 and po 753 mean?

I know these codes mean something about the shift solenoid A ckt, but what should I do about fiting this issue?

the solenoids need to be checked for open or shorts. a scan tool can turn them on and off to verify control. and lastly, the trans has to be able to work once they are working. it is not as simple as it sounds.
