The front driver side is now lower than the right side of the truck and it made a popping sound

If the height changed suddenly, either a spring broke or the lower ball joint separated. It depends on the type of suspension your truck has. If you have torsion bar front springs, they will let the suspension sag gradually over time but there won't be a popping noise associated with that.
