my 4.8l motor blew up in my truck i was wondering if a 5.3l motor would bolt right in?

Also if the wiring will plug right in or do I have to change the harness and computer to get it to work?
My trruck is a 4x4 regular cab short box with a manual transmission...

there are a lot of change overs to do, it is not as simple as bolt it right in. the computer will have to be changes and flashed. the hearness will most likely have to be change as well. a pilot busing will have to be installed for the manual trans and hope the crank will accept it.
