wipers and heater fan not working both quit at same time sometimes both work fine turn off engine and restart neither one works almost never wok now any ideas?

check your fuses first fan fuse in underhood fuse box, also check fuse 17 &21 in instument panel fuse box

fuses are good could it be something in the switch?

yes it cold be the switch also clean grounds and battery terminal ends as well.make sure all connections are good.
