random miss fire

Hi I have a 01 s10 4x2 chevy blazer with a 4.3 it has a random miss fire on number 1 cyclinder under load I have replaced the fuel regulator and pressuer is at 60psi. i have put plugs wires cap rotor and a crank sensor and also did injector up grade on it

P0301: Misfire at cyl. no.1-check the compression and injector for this cylinder
