2001 Chevrolet S 10 Power Brake Vacuum Pump Won T Shut Off Even Pickup Source

My power brake vacuum pump won't shut off. Even if I shut pickup off. Is the power source to pump constant hot? Trying to figure out if I have a short or pump has a stuck switch.

it may be the relay for the hydravac pump.

If I pull the abs fuse it shuts off

ok, not a hydrovac. it is an electric pump for the abs. the unit is most likely the issue. have someone look in the system with a scanner to see if it is commanded on
