Coolant is leaking from behind and below the alternator. I know it is not the water pump. I puddles up on the block and does not look like it's coming from the intake. It only leaks after the engine is shut off. Any suggestions?

Have the coolant system pressure checked. It could be an intake or head gasket.

These engines are prone to need intake manifold gasket for for leaking coolant. Also if this is the series motor I believe it is. There are two coolant heater elbows on the front side of the motor (where your belts are). They connect to the tensioner unit. You need to remove the alternator in order to access all the hardware. These elbows always go bad. Be sure to remove all the pieces when you take then out. 90% of the time the end of the elbow stays in the motor. You will need a small 90 degree pick to get it all out.

Thanks for the advice. A couple of years back I replaced the intake manifold.
I hope it's not the head gasket.
