Yes, I just replaced my cars intake gasket and was doing a coolant flush, I started noticing that there was a lot of water coming from the exhaust. What could this problem be? Head gasket?

There is a chance you installed the intake gasket incorrectly and it is leaking coolant into the engine. Hate to say it but check your work and your gasket. If that isnt it, it might be a head gasket.
