How do I fix this?

I start my car. Nothing comes on for about 10 minutes. Then all of a sudden my radio, heat,air, and fan will all work when I turn it on. So after 10 minutes everything will work. How do I fix this? I have checked all of my fuses

A friend advised me to wiggle the key after starting it and nothing happend. I checked my battery connections and my fuses. It does not overheat or smoke up. what could be some other possiblites?
