When I try to start my car is turns over slowly like the battery is dead... Typically with a dead battery after a few turns the battery with die... Mine is doing the opposite. After a few turn it starts to get faster and faster and eventually starts. Could it still be the battery? It takes about 3 or 4 minutes of turning it over but it does eventually start.

Have battery and charging system tested at most autoparts stores for free, this is a good place to start.
