My rpm were going up and down after coming off the freeway and once i got to a light it stalled and would not start back up .and after trying a few times i finally got to start but barely. it would barely move no matter how much i pushed the peddle. then after a few minutes of trying to make it home it sped up for a few minutes then went back to barely moving. what could be the problem
